The Center’s location is vital to its success. While we do not select the site, our location criteria will help find the most promising sites. Then we will review choices and help make an evaluation based on ten specific factors including market area, site characteristics, traffic patterns and client potential. Once all criteria are met and a location has been selected, we assist in negotiating the lease and the store’s decor.
