If you pre-qualify, we will schedule a meeting. We will discuss our system and will provide you with the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). The UFOC has information about the franchise offer and agreement terms.

If we both agree that a Dux Marketing Center is appropriate for you, we will complete our screening process and then will notify you of our decision.

After a minimum of ten calendar days from the delivery of the UFOC, we will execute a Franchise Agreement. The Franchise Fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement.

Once a lease is executed, you will proceed with your Dux Marketing Center’s design under our direction.

Prior to opening your Dux Marketing Center, you will participate in our training course in Miami, Florida.

On opening day, you will hold a Grand Opening. We will finalize your training at your Center and will ensure that you have a smooth transition into your new job.
