The Customer
Dux Marketing operates within a segment currently lacking an efficient and comprehensive response to its needs. Our customers are Small and Launching Businesses that come from all sorts of industries. Like all businesses looking to grow, they are in constant need of support. Additionally, when searching for marketing solutions, they prefer the face-to-face interaction that our system provides.

The Opportunity
We have realized through our experience that most Small Businesses need the support of a provider with Dux Marketing capabilities. Yet we have no direct competitors. There are independent and franchised operated businesses, such as sign and printing entities, designers, internet companies and the likes, which can provide specific products and services. However, their image usually does not give credibility to their aptitude to deliver products or services outside their apparent realm of expertise. At the other end of the spectrum exist Advertising Agencies and Public Relations Companies that offer a wide array of marketing solutions for their clients, but do not focus on Small Businesses. Currently most Small Businesses are forced to deal with different independent vendors for each phase of their projects, contract an advertising agency, become do-it-yourselves, or simply do nothing and give up on their marketing initiatives. Dux Marketing is a hybrid. We are a marketing agency geared to meet the needs of Small Businesses. Dux Marketing prices are competitive with independent vendors and our product offering matches that of an agency or PR firm.

The Edge
The focus at each Dux Marketing Center is sales. Our model is designed to provide an efficient response to all clients’ needs and to be operated with minimum overhead. We are setup to handle all tasks required to meet all orders. When a Dux Marketing Center submits an order, our “Dux Creative Team” and “Dux Logistics Team” process it through completion and delivery saving considerable time an expense to franchisees.

All orders that come into the System go through the DLT. Some might be channeled to the Dux Creative Team, and others might continue to Printing, Mailing, or Business Development. The DLT determines how to best meet an order, follows-up on all orders, and handles all relationships with vendors.

DUX Creative Team

Most orders go through the DCT. The team is a pool of professionals with creative, graphic design, web design, writing, and programming capabilities. The DCT conceptualizes all ideas and performs all creative, design and internet related jobs including but not limited to campaign or event themes, broadcast media, logos, names and slogans, web-site creation, maintenance, SEO, e-marketing, hosting, and others. It provides the economies of scale and the talent to suit any project.
